{"id":8713,"date":"2025-02-20T09:04:34","date_gmt":"2025-02-20T08:04:34","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.gourmettes-fribourg.ch\/?p=8713"},"modified":"2025-02-20T09:04:34","modified_gmt":"2025-02-20T08:04:34","slug":"fevrier-2025-les-agrumes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.gourmettes-fribourg.ch\/?p=8713","title":{"rendered":"F\u00e9vrier 2025 les Agrumes"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Une soir\u00e9e p\u00e9tillante et gourmande avec les Gourmettes<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette rencontre du mois de f\u00e9vrier a \u00e9t\u00e9 marqu\u00e9e par un menu raffin\u00e9 et parfum\u00e9, o\u00f9 chaque plat c\u00e9l\u00e9brait la fra\u00eecheur et l\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9gance des agrumes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Du Lillet tonic aux cl\u00e9mentines au tartare de thon au pamplemousse, en passant par un saumon caram\u00e9lis\u00e9 \u00e0 la bergamote et une cr\u00e8me au c\u00e9drat accompagn\u00e9e de th\u00e9 biscuit\u00e9, chaque bouch\u00e9e a \u00e9veill\u00e9 les papilles et enchant\u00e9 les convives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mais cette soir\u00e9e avait une saveur toute particuli\u00e8re : celle de f\u00eater le passage \u00e0 la soixantaine de notre ch\u00e8re Nadia ! Un moment de partage et de tendresse, c\u00e9l\u00e9br\u00e9 par l\u2019ensemble des Gourmettes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un grand merci aux agrum\u00e9es de service \u2013 Chantal, Nadia et Sonja \u2013 qui ont su apporter leur touche de soleil et de g\u00e9n\u00e9rosit\u00e9 \u00e0 cette magnifique soir\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-responsive-lightbox-gallery\"><div
